Paved routes of communication:
Entrance is paved with reinforced concrete. Internal streets are paved with asphaltic pavement, with gutters and sumps made of reinforced concrete.

Turning radius: 20m (aprox 22 yards) to make traffic of trucks easier.

Storm-water of all parcels of land empties with no flooding. There are gutters and sumps in all internal streets where there are neither ditches nor conduits on the surface. The park offers storm-water drainpipes made of pre-molded concrete having different diameters.
Drains for industrial effluents:
In all parcels of land , there are underground drains where pre-treated industrial liquid effluents empty, in general, these effluents directly empty into the storm-water drainpipe running along the front of the park.
Additional piping collecting such effluents was installed in the rest of the park. They finally empty into the Parana River.
It runs along the whole internal streets of the industrial park on one of its sides.

The park's electric power comes from the Campana Transformer substation i that is equipped with two transformers of 30mva of 33/13,2 kv, conduction to the Substation is made through a feeder on a reinforced concrete structure having a coplanar arrangement prepared for a double three-phase outlet.
Underground water source:
The water supply will be done by means of a well in each parcel, with an average water flow of 10m3/hour.
Those companies to be established in the park will have the possibility of tax reduction according to act 10.547 of Industrial Promotion of the Province of Buenos Aires . Such Act establishes up to 10 years of gross revenue and basic real property tax exemption and other benefits.
The municipality of Campana adheres to such act, exempting the payment of municipal rates, charges and taxes which are levied on the industrial activity of the district.
National Route #9:
It runs the front of the industrial Park. It connects the cities of Buenos Aires , Rosario, Cordoba and North of Argentina, and continues on to Bolivia, Peru, etc.
National Route #12:
10 km away, through National Route #9.
It goes through the Zarate-Brazo Largo Brigde, that directly connects , through route and railway, MERCOSUR countries: Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil.
National Route #6:
2 km away , through National Route # 9.
It crosses with National Route # 5 and # 7 , and connects , west and south of the Province of Buenos Aires. Taking national route # 7 you can reach Chile.
